Bot Update: Introducing Ticket System

Dear Users,

We are excited to announce a major update to our bot with the introduction of a robust Ticket System feature! This update brings enhanced functionality to streamline your support and communication processes. Here's a breakdown of the new commands and features available:

New Commands:

  1. Remove Ticket Category

    • Use /remove ticket_category to delete an existing ticket category setup.

  2. Remove Ticket Log

    • Execute /remove_ticket log to remove the ticket logging feature.

  3. Ticket Settings

    • Access /ticket settings to configure various settings related to ticket management.

  4. Config Ticket Category

    • Define the ticket category using with /config ticket category <#category> for where new tickets are created.

  5. Config Ticket Channel

    • Define the ticket channel using /ticket channel <#channel> for the bot to send ticket panel.

  6. Config Ticket Support Role

    • Assign a specific role for ticket management via /ticket support <@role>.

  7. Config Ticket Log Channel

    • Specify a log channel to track ticket actions using /ticket log [#channel].

  8. Send Ticket Panel

    • Simply execute /ticket send_panel in any channel where you want users to access the ticket creation panel.

How to Use:

  • Setting Up Ticket System: To get started, configure your ticket system by setting up the ticket category, channel, support role, and log channel using the respective commands listed above.

  • Creating and Managing Tickets: Once configured, users can create tickets within the designated channel by following prompts or commands specific to your server setup.

  • Customizing Ticket Workflow: Tailor the ticket system to fit your server's needs by adjusting settings and roles to optimize support and communication efficiency.
